CAN-SPAM Act (“Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003“) is a mobile marketing law in the United States. It is a supplement to the TCPA and under the regulation of the FCC. Designed to protect consumers, CAN-SPAM creates regulations regarding unwanted consumer email marketing messages.
